What is the consultation process?
We schedule a time for a phone call or a Zoom meeting and I gather more information about your vision and the details of your event.
When do we receive a quote?
These will be sent out within a week of the consultation and includes a vision board.
How do we secure our date?
A date is not locked in until a deposit is received with a signed contract.
What is included in a Full Service package?
Delivery of personal flowers, full set up of ceremony and reception florals, flipping of ceremony flowers, and pick up of rental items as well as tear down of any installations.
Can we make changes to the quote/vision board?
Yes! A “pre booking” revision may be made within 2 weeks of receiving the proposal. After this, the deposit and contract must be received to make additional changes. These can be made until a month before your wedding date. *Not applicable if using a partial service pre-set package.
Do you offer payment plans?
I am happy to work one out on an individual basis. The final balance is due at a month before the wedding.
How many times do we meet before the wedding?
If you would like to schedule an in-person meeting after the initial consultation, I am happy to set that up for you. While I am happy to make changes as you continue planning your wedding, we finalize all of the details and items on the quote at 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding.
