Whether you dream in bold color or soft neutrals, we approach every event as a fresh canvas. The mission is to bring the harmony of nature to weddings and events. We want to create floral cohesiveness throughout the space so that people feel as if the flowers are part of the scenery.

THE STORY BEHIND MOONRISE

My love for floral design took root in Memphis, Tennessee, in 2013. I had moved there to study sustainable farming and found myself surrounded by farmers growing flowers. I was instantly captivated by the colors, textures, and quiet rhythm of growing something beautiful. Soon I was tending my own blooms and taking floral design workshops online, completely immersed in this new creative world.

What started as small arrangements for friends, crafted from a shared laundry room, quickly grew into something more. After designing flowers for a friend’s wedding that summer, I knew I had found my calling. Meggan is a mother of two and happily married, raising her kiddos in Caledonia. Her heart beats for her family, her people, and her work.

The name holds special meaning. In those early days, I worked almost entirely after my son went to sleep, under the glow of the moon. My mission is simple: to bring the harmony of nature into weddings and events, creating florals that feel as if they’ve always belonged in the space.
